These Creative Services Terms ("Agreement") govern the relationship between MAVE LLC ("MAVE", "we", "us") and the client ("Client", "you") for branding, graphic design, website design, and related creative services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

MAVE offers creative services including but not limited to:

• Branding & Logo Design
• Website Design & Development
• Graphic Design (Print & Digital)
• Content Creation & Copywriting

The specific services provided will be outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.

2. Project Timeline & Deliverables

• Project timelines will be agreed upon before the commencement of work.
• Any delays in client feedback, content submission, or approvals may result in project timeline extensions.
• Deliverables will be provided in industry-standard formats unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
  
  

3. Revisions & Approvals

• Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions, as outlined in the project agreement.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur additional fees.
• Final approval of work constitutes acceptance, and further modifications may be billed separately.
  
  

4. Payment & Fees

• Payment terms will be detailed in the project proposal or invoice.
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Late payments may result in project suspension or additional fees.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• MAVE retains the rights to all work until final payment is received.
• Upon final payment, the Client receives a license to use the work as specified in the agreement.
• MAVE reserves the right to showcase work in portfolios or submit for awards unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide necessary content, brand assets, and approvals in a timely manner.
• MAVE is not responsible for project delays caused by missing or incomplete materials from the Client.
  
  

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients may cancel a project before commencement for a full refund of any prepaid amounts.
• Once work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on work completed.
• If a project is canceled after completion, no refunds will be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

• MAVE is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of creative materials.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final work before publication or distribution.
