Web Hosting Service Agreement

This Web Hosting Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between MAVE LLC ("MAVE," "we," "us," or "our") and the client ("Client," "you") who purchases hosting services. This Agreement outlines the terms governing our web hosting services. By using our hosting services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

MAVE provides web hosting services, including:

  • Shared and dedicated hosting solutions.
  • Domain management and DNS services.
  • Security and performance optimizations.
  • Backup and disaster recovery options.
  • Customer support.

Service specifications and features may vary based on your selected plan.



2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

MAVE guarantees 100% uptime per month. If uptime falls below this threshold, you may request a service credit. SLA details are available here.



3. Fees & Payment

  • Hosting fees are billed on a recurring basis.
  • Payments must be made in accordance with the selected plan.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.



4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You may not use our hosting services to:

  • Distribute spam, malware, or engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Host illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Use excessive resources that disrupt server performance.
  • Violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

Failure to comply may result in service suspension or termination.



5. Data Backup & Security

  • MAVE provides optional backup services. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
  • We implement security measures but do not guarantee absolute security.
  • In case of security breaches, MAVE is not liable for lost or compromised data.



6. Termination & Suspension

  • Clients may cancel services per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • MAVE may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or policy violations.
  • Upon termination, data will be deleted within 90 days unless requested otherwise.



7. Disclaimer & Liability Limitations

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties.
  • MAVE is not responsible for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for hosting services in the last 2 months.



8. Updates to This Agreement

MAVE may update this Web Hosting Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted here. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
