Payments are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy.
You may cancel your service at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will prevent future charges but do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Some services may require a minimum commitment period, as stated in your service agreement.
We may terminate services for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
