Refund + Cancellation Policy

MAVE LLC ("MAVE," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing excellent service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our policies regarding refunds and service cancellations. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. Subscription & Service Fees

Fees for services are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise specified.
Payments are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy.



2. Cancellations

2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

You may cancel your service at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will prevent future charges but do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Some services may require a minimum commitment period, as stated in your service agreement.

2.2 MAVE-Initiated Cancellations

We may terminate services for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. No refunds will be issued in such cases.



3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Service Downtime: If your hosting or managed service experiences prolonged downtime beyond our Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments, you may request a refund or service credit.
  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged, we will issue a full refund of the erroneous charge.
  • Money-Back Guarantee (if applicable): Some services may include a trial or money-back guarantee period. If specified, you may request a refund within that timeframe.



4. Non-Refundable Items

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers.
  • Custom design, branding, or development work.
  • One-time setup fees.
  • Third-party software or service licenses.



5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, submit a request to support@mave.org with the following details:

  • Name and account details.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Supporting documentation, if applicable.

Refunds will be processed within 60 business days using the original payment method.



6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically. Updates will be posted here. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
